Mercedes Benz E320 CDI DPF Issue

Hi guys. I am having problems with a Mercedes E320 CDI (W211). I asked someone to do a DPF off for me. Engine check light went away but the car still limits power at 100km/hr. After it limits power it starts acting like in limp mode...No more aggressive pulling until I switch it off. When i switch it back on Power is back but to 100kms/hr and then again we its as if limping again.

Anyone ever had issues like that?

make deleted dtc stock and you will see problem. this ecu can be done dpf off with 0 foults deleted
