Help with hdmi in put open box V8

I have 2 hdmi connectors on my tv 1 is connected to laptop works fine when i contact open box i get no sound if if i swap them open box works tried many new cables but no luck

When you swap them, the open box works but the laptop doesn't? Seeing as you've tried multiple new cables, it must be the port itself... have you had a look at it with a torch?
