    ok

will my carprog do that then?

I think I need a pdf or how to guide as it will be my first attempt?

I take it I just need the clocks in order to make the change and de solder the corret eeprom?

    cheers

Carprog is ok for the job.
Vectra C has 93c66 eeprom under the mileage display. Desolder the chip from board.
Mileage stored also in ECU or PSG16(2.2DTI).

Ok so desolder and read with eeprom reader

Maybe a silly question but how do i know what way round to place eeprom in reader pins for car prog?

And then how do i go aboutfinding where in the read the mileage is stored and editing it?

    Cheers

Open your cable if it's not obvious and compare with this pin out
