    tome3232 it's off by hysteresis, thanks! but DTC P0404 (EGR position ) is active, and limp mode still.

    Check EGR, if it is open, close it

    It's closed, but the position sensor is faulty.

    It's related to hall effect sensor in the EGR, if i connect new egr just for a moment, the fault is gone and engine revs normally. On old one i have 3000RPM and P0404.

    Hi
    Even with dtc off still will be in limp mode ! you have to bypass debouncing time from egr !

    What debouncing time to use in this ECU? Value is usually 0.1s.
