    Default Zgemma epg problem

    Hello all

    I have a problem with my epg. At the time it's scheduled to update, the 'loading information' box appears, and the Sly Q symbol, and they just stay on screen. The picture still plays put the epg never updates.

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    Are you using Crossepg and openatv? If you are the latest openatv updates seem to have broken all versions of Crossepg. Best remove the Crossepg plugin and install the Epgimport plugin

    Edit - think I've found it

    Thanks a lot for the reply Martin. Is there a thread somewhere that tells me how to go about this?

    Right, I've done that I think, although Crossepg is still showing in my list of plugins?

    How do I go about updating my epg now? Do I need to download something different onto my usb stick or can I do something through the box?

    Sorry if I found dumb, all help appreciated

    Reboot your zgemma that should remove the reference to Crossepg.

    Ive rebooted a few times and the Crossepg won't go away, although when I click on it I get an error message and the box reboots, and I have no option of Epgimport on my list of plugins.

    On the list of plugins I can download, Crossepg appears and Epgimport does not, suggesting I've removed cross and installed Epgimport?

    Sorry to be a pain.

    To see if you've install Epgimport then on the remote;
    Menu-Plugins-Red-Extensions and see if 'EpgImport' is listed if it's not then;
    Menu-Plugins-Green-Extensions find 'Epgimport' and Ok to install
    Reboot your Zgemma

    Thanks a lot for that Martin. The epg is now sorted, the Crossepg thing still shows on plugins but it's not on the list of extensions so I can live with that.

    Much appreciated mate!
