    The code is 100% correct for the radio label you have attached,

    Model: P05091464AF
    S/N T M9 340 2 01013

    Code = 9086

    The problem is that dump attached is for different radio - P05091465AE
    https://www.carstereocode.com/unlock.php?id=4474

    So, code for which radio are you requesting?
    P05091464AF or P05091465AE ???

    Write original dump in P05091464AF with serial T M9 340 2 01013 and enter the code 9086

    You have code for P05091464AF already - 9086, but your dump is for P05091465AE.

    Where is the dump for P05091464AF? Have you changed the dump?

    The codes are wrong for the both - radio from the label picture (P05091464AF) and "dump" radio (P05091465AE)

    He should restore original dump (P05091464AF) and code will be 9086
