Hello,
I have a 8P0920930G dash from a 2004 Audi A3 8P and I killed it with my cheap chinese Vag k+Can Commander Full 3.6 but before I killed it I did read/save the eeprom, rom/flash and immo data.
So at the moment the needles on the dash when ignition is on wind-up fully clockwise and the car does not start. I think I accidentally corrupted the rom/flash in the dash while writing eeprom.
Also when I try write eeprom with Vag k+Can it says it written it but when I read it the dump is different, same for the immo.
I did PM "lupu_sandu" and he replied "Is very hard to repair your dash because is with Fujitsu MCU not with Micronas".
So the big question is how do I write the rom/flash file back into the dash?
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks

To write eeprom you can use programmer. Open the dash, locate chip, use programmer and clip. These are quite cheap on ebay. If your dump is ok then its gonna work.

Hey, thanks for your port. Had a look on ebay, there are a lot of programmer with clips but none of them mention the Fujitsu MCU. Could you please let me know which ones are you referring to? Thanks
upload all your dump here and we will see

conect digiprog 3 clone tool and try change km in cluster or repair error will help for me several times good luck
Pincode read from the engine computer .... with vcds code entries in the instrument
Hey guys, epprom and rom files uploaded. As you can see the eeprom and rom files in the uploaded 2 .zip files are completely different.
Also, I know what I did to kill the dash. It wasn't the Vag K+Can that did it, it was me. I'm such a dum ass! , I loaded wrong eeprom file wrote to eeprom.
Anyway thanks guys for having a look at this!

Hey, not sure why I would need the pin from the ECU, I do have vcds 11.11 but im not sure what you mean by "code entries in the instrument". Chould you please explain a bit more what you mean? Thanks
Not sure if you can adapt this cluster just with pin. You need VIN, PIN, CS, MAC. Then you can readapt keys with vcds.Hey, not sure why I would need the pin from the ECU, I do have vcds 11.11 but im not sure what you mean by "code entries in the instrument".
