Winkfp is for programming, you should use NSC for coding and with use of NCS dummy it's very easy to do.

Guided fault finding = Feature that many factory scan-tools have and real technician despise it.

open ista P to do software update. it will ask you if any control modules been replaced, select ones that you replaced, it will ask you if you want update whole vehicle or partial, select partial, select main modules only, dont touch anything audio related. main modules like engine, trans, cas and frm and of course abs in your case, then let software do the job, it will update and code everything selected. make sure battery charger connected.

When you have ISTA/P with expert mode, it won't ask you if you want to update the whole vehicle or partial, you have to manually de-select all audio related modules like this:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMwVN2o4U8A

If you just de-select everything except DSC (the ABS module), it will figure out which modules it thinks it really needs to update and will re-add them when you click determine measures plan.
