I dont think it will get any stonger than a warning.IMO
Used a couple to watch NBC sports in the past,
Quite a few free ones out there . But the tend to have slower speeds .
PureVPN Premium , Using this one now ,was free at the time of downloading ...............Paul

I use Opera for browsing certain sites. This has a built in VPN which you can activate or turn off as you wish, without all the adds. Running 3 browsers on my PC all have some benefits and pitfalls, just pick the one to suit my browsing needs.

Using purevpn in my tp link router which I use as a wireless bridge through home plugs from my vm superhub
Does the trick at 27 GB POUNDS for 12 months, your allowed 5 devices, the router is classed as 1,with all my devices running through it.

I would say it all comes down to which device you have are using Kodi on. For Fire TV Stick or Android TV Boxes, I’d say IPVanish are the best although ExpressVPN are a close second as well. On the other side, I have a friend who uses PureVPN for his Kodi device and its working great so far!
