Default Movies no signal help please

Hi everyone, I have a OB v8se I cant get movies even though at christmas time I could though they seemed quite pixelated at times and now it says no signal. Strange problem my LNB freq is Universal (9750-10600) and I get all the channels except movies (no signal) If I change the LNB freq to (9750) I get the movies again thou lose other channels, has anyone got any idea what the problem can be.

Dish alignment, weak lnb or cabling.

Could be box tuner but highly unlikely if most other channels are ok.

yeh, thats a signal fault, ok you need to check your dish/cable, make sure there is no visible signs of ware to the cable, also check that the cable has not been stabbed by a carpet griper, also I know this sound obvious check the stinger has not come loose on the feed where it goes into back of your box as this can cause an issue, make sure its nice and tight..........c

Thanks Chris I'm getting the dish checked, it's a communal dish for the flats i'm still confused when I change the LNB freq to 9750 i pick up the movies though lose other channels does that mean the dish may have moved slightly?

A communal dish dish is a pain in the arse sounds like you are losing the vertical channels

can you receive these channels ?

    food network
    gems tv
    made in bristol
    raceing uk
    true crime

If the signal rate is 10% on these channels then you need the NO SIGNAL FIX of the well known auction site
