Default W639 EZS reference A6395452108, always beeping.....

    Hi, good evening.
Have a car with faulty EZS, car doesnt reads any keys and of course doesnt start.
We took out its EZS, connected to MBE tool, and with the IR tool, nothing is readed, its like dead.

Ok, we bring from scrap identical unit, and this one as soon as we connect it to MBE tool, begins to beep continuosly, no stop, beep, beep, beep.
Any idea please what could be wrong in this one?? As they dont have any other with same reference.

    Unit its A6395452108.

    Thanks so much.
    Regards

And...any idea where the problem could be??
I think its more a hardware/component problem, than a software related problem.
But any idea what to check, where can the problem be???

    Thanks a lot.
