Default DM800HD PVR IP problem !

    Dear Friends,

I can not connect my DM 800 to the computer via IP address, Is there any guidance or any solution ?
But, it can be connected to the network via that IP address and run the xxxxx.

    Thanks

Flash a proper new image, as all these things should work. So press the frontpanel button when you turn on the box until you see on the LCD the IP Address, then flash an image that is compatible with your sim in the box, and all will work again.

Have you checked the IP address is correct? Power off, back on holding the power button until 'stop' appears. Then try connecting to the ip address displayed on LCD

The Webinterface in the image has NOTHING to do with the Flashing of the box.

And to successfully flash the box YOU MUST set both cables, RJ45 + RS232 (REAL), and use a DHCP or something similar (Fixed IP set by your router), as the ROUTEUR must give an IP Address to your box and it must show up on the LCD.

Only then you will be able to flash your box properly,

If you have a doubt on the web interface you can try an FTP client like filezilla and connect to the box only using ftp protocole.
