Default BMW 520 Diamond Key - remote not strong enough (KD900 fine)

    Alright Boys

got me a customer that wanted a new key shape so I approached it with wanting to put a KD900 remote into the car...

    The customer had
both keys working on the ignition
both key transponder working for the immo
Only one key working on the remote......

So, I turned ignition on, off, out to enter the programming mode,
It took the KD900 "generate remote BMW 433 simulate the remote" so I was locking and unlocking using my mean blue machine!
then I tried the broken key...nothing (So I thought I may have a remote repair or new key here)
Tried the remote key that was originaly working, but it wouldn't go in....... (weird)
Tried the new key I created on a "B remote" set to BMW 433 program.... Wouldn't go in!!!!

Tried the on, off, out numerous times, but no good.
customer wanted to keep my KD900 to unlock his car!!!!!!
    NO MATE!

but i cant see why it wont take the remote that was originaly working
or the new KD900 B remote with 433 program...

Is the KD machine that much stronger!
Am I using the wrong remote!
is the signal receiver/Aerial of the BMW week... and if so why does it accept the KD900 signals!!!!

    any thoughts...
    MC
