Unhappy W204 show "Key being initialized please wait" cannot start engine

The car is W204 C300 2009, it come with one original key(key1) and one vvdi programmed key(key2).
(so I can read key password directly from key2)
Now Key2 has problem, when insert it showed "Key being initialized..."

After I wipe/renew EIS, write key2 with new key file,
    insert key: ESL unlock
turn pos1: dash on, no errors
turn pos2: showing "Key being initialized...", cannot start engine!

Also tried use VVDI calculate key password again, same key password as before,
wipe/renew ESL and EIS, reporgram Key2 with new key file, still the same,
...turn pos1: dash on (ESL unlocked)
turn pos2: still showing "Key being initialized..." and can't start engine~~

    Key1 is always working.
So now I've programmed that key(2) as Key3, it is working properly.

Any expert know what wrong with Key position "2" ?
is it possible to reset position 2 ?
Or, is it I need to wait couple hours until such initialization complete ?

Just don't program new key on used position - BMW MB and etc

also never program key on next free possition - use the last positions

Try to leave the key in contact, just insert it for 5 minutes. Then you take it out and put it back in and try to see if the message is gone.
That happens sometimes when you try to link to the vehicle and you need some time

Finally I've fixed this problem, it is easy with C4.

Tested program new keys for all 8 slots, all working.
Then tested renew both eis elv, calcuate and program new keys again, all working with engine start and drive, no faults.
And actually no need to worry program keys to used slots, it should work!
If that not work that is something else has problem.
