    Here......

    Remove 6 torx
    Remove back cover
    Remove glass
    Twist off needles
Unplug 3 plugs on pcb and separate

Edit: All of which you could have found here with a search, learn to use it!

Friend you tell me that need to remove needles, these are the pictures of the instrument panel behind, do not remove the glass but look behind the plate and no eeprom memory.
I know that you have a lot of experience in this but what I saw is not what you show in your photos .. !!!
Thank you very much for helping me, I will do as you say and I will tell you

No. It is not eeprom. Eeprom on other side.

The information here is NOT GOOD. Lots of nonsense talking.

Here is instruction how to do the job:

    1. Remove the dash from the car
    2. Remove 10 TORX screws from behind the clocks
    3. prise open the dash with the little clips all around
    5. Remove the connector at the top (speaker loom)
    6. Now prise open the shell casing gently.
    7. Remove RPM and SPEED needle (carefully and don't move them at all! Do not twist them! lift them up!)
    8. Remove the grey ribbon cables at each end of the dash at the rear
    9. Remove the small LCD ribbon cables from the board
    10. Now you can prise away the white plastic part so that the board separates from the clocks.
    11. The big LCD panel is what we will focus on here, you need to open it up (it just opens easily)
    12. On the LCD panel (large one) mainboard, you will see the 95640 chip

I used TL866 to program it. No problems.

If you damaged the stepper motors, no problem, it is easy to fix it!
