I'm thinking of buying one of these with the assistant to program a new key for my 2011 Passat (B7)... I'm guessing it'll work after reading through the stuff on the interweb, but thought I'd check here in case anyone has any personal experience? Shame to read that it'll only work with the JMD chips though

question about id46 cloning.
when decodes it ask to shiff. and give 3 options
1.For C jmd6 collect
2. For handybaby collect 1
3. For handy baby collect 2
whats is the diference?
and what that 4 digit code in id48

Is this the right chip?

done all keys I wanted to on mine so listed on fleabay if any1 after 1 also has jmd assistant and about 20 jmd chips left

Where would be ideal to buy handybaby jmd chips in uk or a trusted company in china, rummors most Chinese chips are faulty…

When ever I put an order for new chips from tradelocks they have told me they have run out of stock they tell you after you have made payments!!! They have put me off never to shop again. Originally Posted by westlock

at present tradelocks have stock of the 4c/4d . 46 and 48 chips , they are awaiting delivery of the G chip and have a small stock of the new all in one king chip, i bought last week , NW keys also have stock of these in uk
