help unhide the Openbox X5 Access Control Menu

I have an Openbox x5 with a build date 06/11/2013 22:16:16 what is the code to unhide the access control menu.
Where in the menu do I have to be to activate it.
I have tried 2778, 2887, 3327, 0000, 1111, 6666, 8888 from the System setup menu and nothing is showing up between password setup and Network setup.

I have tried having a wired internet connection to see if that helps.

Is there a firmware upgrade I could do to fix this, My Openbox has a protection chip installed and I don't want to loose functionality of my box.
If I do consider this which firmware is the latest one I should use and where can I get it.

When you say access control menu you mean hidden camds option?. 6666 from network menu should do it
