S3 8P needle sweep eeprom offset

Hi guys. Does anyone know offset in s3 cluster eeprom dump where s3 functions like needle sweep, and lap timer "sit". Apparenty its just 32 bytes, but can't find them. Any clues?

i want to make needle sweep on my a3 8p and lap time if it's possible mate i have the first type of dash(wit monochrome display in middle) Thanks a lot
