Default 2006 BMW 1 Series no front sidelights FRM error counter reset

Looks like someone has spliced into the wires and shorted something. FRM module looks fine but eeprom data where error counters are stored looks wrong to me. I dont know exactly if there are checksums involved when the counters are reset. Or even what software we use to do this job from a dump. Any information greatly appreciated on this matter.

I have attached the dump with the error counter(s) set. If someone could reset it that would be great. (solution now included in attachment)

    Thanks...

Sorted. Was helped by a very kind Russian gentleman called YayDoGeN from another forum. The eeprom was corrupt where the VIN should be and that car was configured not to have front sidelights
