    Default Fiat Grande Punto key ban

    Hello
    This is a family business i can't hide

    2007 Fiat grande Punto 1.4 Petrol the key is lost and banned from the car. And ofcourse fund. ()
    As far as is know the good key serials and the banned serials stored in the body computer eeprom.
    I looked around and i found this gem. 93c46 (i'm in the gsm business since '95 and the smd soldering, good ol' serial eeps not really bothering me)
    I was trying to delete the banned key serial. No success
    i was trying to replace the banned key serial. No success
    I just download here some similar eep dump and trying to figuring out the checksum or the security method that protecting this area but unfortunately not found yet.
    The eep is currently in a socket i can test and reprogramm quick and easy

    Before i move further i'd like to ask

    Can i delete the banned key from the dump or this idea is just a waste of time?
    If yes the solution is public and can you share?
    If not somebody can do it for me free or money?
    If not can i upload other dump w/o killing something?
    If the new dump idea is working i guess i must learn the keys the immo and everthing else with the alfaODB? (i have alfaodb i'm able to do almost everything but the ban list not reachable)
    Why mother? Why?

    thx

    You have easiest method to change transponder PCF7946 in your banned key, than need to find someone who can precode and programme that key to your car, that key will have new ID after changing transponder...

    there should be a byte which indicates the number of disabled keys - you should change that number too....

    The thing is, that the key is actually deleted but he found it and want it to work again. And for most of us, it is impossible to make him work again but for sure there are some people who knows how to edit dump to activate that key again... That's why somebody want payment for this. But yeah, easiest way is go to auto locksmith who can do Fiat remote keys and he will know what to do to make your key work again. It will have different chip but will work, and that is what you want.

    Yup. If no good locksmith in your area, just send BSI module to somewhere in your country and he will make your key work again.

    "Go mate find a proper locksmith" yeah i found an airhead clown with full of cloned-fake chines stuffs

    You don't know me, and you are wrong. It happens. I have proper tools and knowledge for this kind of operation.

    Just for fun:

    Weller WHA300 hot air station

    Weller WSD81
    Elnec Beeprog with all kind of adapters

    And some interesting facts about the dephi eeprom variables

    Code:
    0x80-0x123 = Transponder/keys area
    0x80-0x83 = first stored key
    0x84-0x87 = second stored key
    0xA0 = stored key counter
    0xA2 = banned key counter
    0xA4-0xA7 = banned key and probably room for 3 more keys
    0x122-0x123 = key area checksum

    Copy of the transponder/keys area, they must be the same!
    0x124-0x1C7

    System id's
    0x4-0x9 = Florence code
    0x7D6-0x7DD = software number
    0x7F0-0x7F5 = homologization number
    0x7E3 = sofware version
    0x7F6-0x7FA = ISO code
    0x7FE-0x7FF = System ID checksum
    BTW the banned key is working again.

    bye

    Well done, nobody judging you in advance, we just tell you to find someone who have tools for that, like tmpro2 or something similar to programme new transponder, its losing time to brake whole dump for fixing one key, but you do that very quickly, well done for that
