Default Impreza GH 1.5, Help Repalece or repair engine ECU

I have Subaru Impreza GH 1.5 2009. Engine ECU is dameged. I have P0038 DTC HO2S Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 1 Sensor 2). Check engine light on. Live data shows all times 10A heater current (O2 Sensor after catalyst).
Heater driver transistor (K3377) seems to be damaged. Other SMD component on transistor suorce pin is completely burnt. See photo.
    Wiring is OK.

    My question is:

    1. Maybe someone know What is burnt component?

    2. If I'll decide repalce ECU to used one, Moving 93c66 eeprom from old to new one is enough start car?

I bought used ECU (same numbers), copy 93c66 dump from old damaged ECU, and car start, solved.
