    If eeprom not corrupt,then it will work ...

    think lm going to get this guy to send it off for repair l dont think swapping eeprom is enough , havmt got enough info to risk just swapping

    if same part numbers etc then swapping eeprom from old to new will work
    whys the old 1 damaged?
    if not been in a bump etc is it water damage ?
    and personally i would be checking the car ecu not the srs module
    these cars are prown to get water in the ecu

    had a look today and this has the ecu on the inlet manifold and looks fine , customer is saying she didnt jump start any other cars

    any dry joints etc?

    its at other shop , they wanted to know if l can swap eeprom and now they ordered one , l havnt got time to do there jobs aswell as mine

    ok l tried swapping eeprom and car started but still have same fault, launch says this



    here the original eerpom read can anyone see if theres a problem in it please or clears faults ?

    Cool, you got eeprom lifting reading & writing facilites
    bigger imprivement on metering a rover rotor arm with 10M resistir and condeming it.

    see if any of your naybour garages has autel ms708, read the pin with it
    see if the number matches in your dump

    then see if you can clear code out eeprom of usex one and recode

    ulload dump of usex ecu

    Can you check your pin is 5384 ? Try join old srs unit and check if coding possible with this pin 5384.

    thanks that will do me . he will have to sort this car himself , l said l would check this out , if units ok he will have to fix , have to much of my own work to do his too

    is it possible to get pin for the one l bought from ebay , ?
