I remember that I have had problem to read some sid807evo (Volvo) with cmd (password protected?)
Have you tried to read this ecu? are you using magpro2?
You should use power supply strong enough.

I think is password protected and need read on bench first and after patch file , and after this you can change file with obd.

Must have much power for read.
