Liftgate module Opel cant write file correct help!

I have a liftgate module her from Opel
It has a mcu 9S12XD128 with mask 2M42E
I read broken with Xprog 5.6 as 2M42E and get Eeprom and flash file.

I write flash to a NEW virgin modul and no problem!
But on Eeprom i cant write all file... I get verify error on line 000000803H ->> all time!

I have try to lift pin, change place for ground (-) but no diffrent...


What make this problem for me?

I ser that Xprog read/write it as 9S12XD256 with mask 0M42E but it is a ...XD128 mask 2M42E mcu on pcb


Partnumber is 20837686 on NEW and 13325520 on broken/used

Have you tried to load only the eeprom (delete flash and load only eeprom) ?
You'll be better off if you swap MCUs over...

Solved it!
Upa-usb-s did read ...128 so I did get correct files.
Xprog read this mcu wrong!
