carprog problem

hello guysi have bought carprog clone with ver 9.31 whne i try to clear crash it says searching for crash and doesnt do any thing else .....
so any body have an idea what is going on?

carprog clone can't clear chrash.u have to clear it manualy

Not true..he can do 95% things in 8.21 soft..I have 3 clones and they do all crash data from airbag.Cheers20170317_205126.jpg

What serial number does your clone have?

Did you reprogram your clones yourself or did they come like that? That wire from mcu to ground is put there after wiping and flashing atmel mcu.

There are 2 different clones out there. The original clone with serial starting with number 8 which works only with software version 4.01 and the 8.21 clone which has different serial and supports online functions.

Also, CarProg software v9.xx+ connects to online server when you search for crash. I don't like the feature because sometimes I'm out where I have no WiFi and have to use an older version that doesn't need WiFi but doesn't support some newer modules.

I have original and a few old clones, I do not have V8.21 clone that supposedly supports all online functions like programming MAC and Infineon. Can someone tell me if it actually works?

How about reading and writing Mac and Infineon processors since it usually wants to connect to codecard server to retrieve the Security Bytes to access and dump modules data block
