Default Nissan navara has no acceleration

Hello i have nissan navara D40 engine YD25DDTI,this car was working fine but now when you start the car it has no acceleration at all and has minor misfire, but while the car is running and you turn acc to on key position the car has acceleration and is fine as if no problem.
But if you turn off and start the car no acceleration again until you do that procedure of puting key to acc and on while the car is running..therefore gain acceleration.
Help me with ideas please since its a strange problem to me
