international diamond logic builder question

are there different levels of this software, like basic and pro versions?

It seems like my version is missing some things like simulation mode for example. I would like to show new users how to use it in a simulation mode if possible.

Also it seems my software has trouble finding the VIN. Its like the software is there but not complete.

Any pointers appreciated.

yes 2 first question. yes sounds like you need to do a reinstall and put new code in.

ugh had a heck of a time with the first installation. I down loaded it from the international website if that matters. I take it I just need a "Pro" password. working late will try and reinstall tomorrow some time. Can you help with a new password?
