Default M30882FJ - reading Flash and EEPROM via E8a

I have a problem with Renesas processors. I want to read and write Flash M30882FJ processor. I want to use E8a and Flash Development Toolkit 4.09. Unfortunately, but after connecting E8a to M30855FW with RST, TxD1, RxD1, GND, VCC, I get no communication. Pin /Hold to GND, pin /WRL to VCC and pin CNVss to VCC. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks. Have you tested your solution? But should I not connect the rest of the e8A pins? I do not agree a bit. See the picture.

Thanks Tereksaz. I managed to successfully connect the E8a to the Renesas processor. Below the documentation. 100% tested, works. Unfortunately, but my CPU is blocked by ID. It was not erased. The only solution in this case is to replace the processor.
