Hi,

I have a problem with this uch, im triying clone this uch in another unit with the same reference. I read the original uch without problem with orange 5 in pcb pinouts (eeprom and flash), i read the remplace uch with the same pinout, ok!. but when i try write the eeprom from original to remplace this show BOOT OK, but show me INITRAM REGISTER Write error, I try lift the reset pin, but when i try write give me MCU UNKNOW ID error.

What is the fault? I try resold all the wires but not work...

Hello power up , the unit and measure Vcc on mcu , as i know should be 3.3V and not 5 V for this mcu .
