Default VW Premium 5 Radio Code?

I just bought a used VW radio from a thrift store. The previous owner was not kind enough to write the security code on the case before donating it. The radio was $4 so I'm not spending $25+ for a decode service online. I do not know the VIN of the vehicle it originally came out of so my local dealer most likely won't help me out. I was hoping someone here could help! It would be very appreciated.

    It's a Premium 5
    M/N: 1J0 035 180 B
    Serial: VWZ4Z7b4006619
    DE P/N: 09351369

    Thanks, Jack

I do not have a programmer. I don't intend on acquiring one for the sole purpose of decoding a second hand radio.

    Thank you for your time,
    Jack
