Your English is a bit hard to understand. I dont understand whether the Check engine light is on all the time or that it doesn't come on at all. When you turn on the ignition and all the lights on the cluster light up for a moment, does it light up aswell? There could be several possibilities.

Sorry for delay. There could be a strong possibility that the cluster has been tampered with to not report certain engine faults, I've seen this on volvos especially. Have you tried another cluster?

I am also facing engine light on off problem. It is an annoying problem. Just bought a scanner and a new magnetic flashlight. I am checking total guide now. Let see if it finds the problem.
