AUDI B7 TCM FAULT CODE

Hi guys i have this fault on the tcm
17111-Rpm signal from ecu
p07027-000 no sinal -intermittent

engine is BWE
TCM 8E0 910 155
V30 01J 2.0TFSI RDW 0020

there was out put input wiring off the board that i repaired,but the customer said fault was there before i repaired the unit.
car drives perfectly fo 15-20min them in drive it revs almost like a slip (over revs)
looks like one of the speed sensors on the tcm might be faulty


any ideas ? as this unit is very hard to find .

Check Input Line on Pin 18 in 01J ECU.
That is the RPM Signal Hardwire from the Engine ECU, and whats compained about.
Connect a DSO, drive till fails, if Signal still present, 01J ECU is the Cause,
if Signal drops - look at Wiring or the Engine ECU.

thanks for the reply ,advice , help ,found another tsm from a A4 20 tdi and flashed it all good
