You can try "ia4kd" or "IA4KD", qwerty keyboard.

I already tried both and also generated passwords with pc cmos for the phoenix bios but without success.
The problem is that the hard drive becomes unstable and sometimes the message operating system missing appears and the windows doesn't start.
I have another hard drive with windows embbeded installed but i need to access to bios configuration.
With this hard drive windows start but shutsdown in seconds.
I also dessoldered the battery and wait for more than 10 hours but when i try to acces to the cmos configuration the system ask for password even with the batt disconected.

any ideia ?...maybe dessolder the CMOS IC from the PCB and wait for a week will work.

    Maybe one of these works:
    IAK4D
    IQKAD
    GOIAM
    recoverpiwis
Have you tried"bios-pw.org" to find the password?
If the password is still there after battery removed, then i think it is stored in cmos ic or separate ic (maybe 24c02 or similar) and have to be cleared there. Maybe bosch support can give you a hint.

To replace the original hdd i would clone it (with "acronis true image" or similar software) to another hdd and swap the drives.
