Ecu is fried somewhere, don't think any file will help you.
But how it is working in bootmode?
Just feed the C167 is enough for bootmode operation. For bootmode you connect almost all direct to the C167 processor. If voltage to processor, flash and epp is present that is the answer. But i guess something is fried beyond the happy neighbourhood of the CPU flash and eep that prevent them to manage the remaining electronics.
Hard to repair, i think you better replace ecu and save time.
Hello to all this little fellow is dead. Pin 16 is connected to pin 24 of 29f400 and this pi is f****. The 29f400 is ok, the mcu pin is ok, I will try to buy this and see what is going to happened.
Have you another original dump of the same hw and sw eprom , write and try to diag ecu again
That toshiba seems to be the sdram chip. Could explain why ecu has bsl access but not boot to normal mode.
Watch the 95040 rotate on the board.

Hello to all. IT IS ALIVE. After sdram change it is ok. If any one need this sdram you can find it in cdr500 opel radio. Thanks to all who helped.

Good news. I have also not communication with diagnstic tool with another ecu me7.2.8 but K-Tag cand read it in boot mode, so dead sdram would't reason i think...

Hello. At my case I used my oscilloscope to check the square wave at 29f400 pins, it was not square. I took the multi meter and checked the revers polarity protector diodes inside of the 29f400 all was ok, after that the c167, and then the sram and on pin16 was not 670mv but 84mv( protector diode in side of chip dead ). Every chip has protector diodes inside for every pin with common anode connected to gnd and cathode to every pin.
