    Your OPCOM is a China clone then... use this Display dump and register with 4513

    If you use the unreg display dump you should get "Display Safe"
    Use OPCOM to pair... using both new dumps

    Procedure
    =======
    1. Install the new Radio (Unregistered)
    2. Open OPCOM
    3. Goto Radio Section
    4. Press on Activate Theft Protection
    5. Type the original radio password
    (That came with the car, Matched with Display)
    6. Goto measurement
    7. See if the Theft Protection says "ID OK"
    8. Turn off the car and remove OPCOM.
    9. Now paired Display with Radio.

    This means you have not Paired the radio... need to do this

    See This:

    Error Messages
    ===================

    If you see "DISPLAY SAFE" permanently shown after 10 seconds,
    this means that the Display has not been correctly programmed to the vehicle.

    If you see "DISPLAY SAFE" flashing every 10 seconds, this means that the Display
    is currently in Delivery Mode, and is now ready to be programmed to the vehicle
    with a OBDII programmer.

    If you see "RADIO SAFE" permanently shown after 10 seconds,
    this means that the Radio has not been correctly programmed to the vehicle.

    If you see "RADIO SAFE" and a beep every 10 seconds, this means that the Radio
    is currently in Delivery Mode, and is now ready to be programmed to the vehicle
    with a OBDII programmer.
