Volvo v70 2.5td 103kW cant start :(

The short story : i have a chiptuner friend,who cant solder , in every case,when he has soldering task he comes to me and i make it. Yesterday he came with his own volvo v70- what has a wrong chiptuned ecu(too much torque in low engine rpm, destroyed 2 gear boxes already) . I desolder the 29f200 and write his program. The starter motor ok,but the car cant start. Communcation with ecu ok, there is two error message : cooler fun rpm too high and glow plug continous .. the ecu sees the engine rpm,and the start iq is about 30mg
of course we tried with another programs in the ecu ..

After that i tried to resync the cem and the ecu - but right now the starter motor cant work

Any solution ? Or we have to buy another cem+keys+ecm ? ��

OK..The starter motor works ,but the engine still not.. i have the CEM data already. If i buy an used ecu and i write the sync code to the eprom, the engine must be run ? This sync code is rolling or fixed code ? I tried to start sometimes since i made restore files and new keys...

And i have to charge the battery.. will work the car after the charging ?

I bought an used replacement ecu, but of course the codecard's program can't recognize the 24c04 dump. Could someone sync them with my CEM dump ?
