Repair galletto v54 master and star diagnosis c3 help

Gentlemen have some pictures of descriptions about the repair of these devices. I have both devices broken and it is a problem because all layouts are blurred as the clones are sometimes. So my electronics technician has a problem to go to what is wrong because he can not check the chips that are exchangeable. I will be grateful for any help. I will add that the galletto stopped read first after BDM and later after OBD. And SD since I did not read newer cars after CAN and then died pretty well. Regards
