ecu outside of car

Hi, how I can read ecu outside of car with obd tool (external connector), par exemple delphi or autocom, is it possible?

What would be the purpose? The best test bench is on the car. If a fault with ECU is found, a scan tool will not help you.

It is possible for some ECU. For example I have one Fiat Punto IAW59F ECU for testing diagnostic interfaces on bench. You must know pinout of ECU and connect 12V power supply, GND and K line.
