Hi, I have same problem some years ago and bought another ersa station, but after a while I found a german site which sell ersa chips and bought from them. I don't remember the site. I have ersa analog 60 station that has another ersa chip, don't remember also which chip. Search on google may be you will find someone who sell this chip.

Search for telefunken u106, it is the original circuit.

I bought two Ics and tested it and it does not work.
I read the data and the pinouts are not the same
PIN 12 and 1 GND
PIN 13 is Vs
