Default Mercedes Vito W639 2005 Remote not working after hash repair

Got mercedes w639 2005 with key not turning. Gave esi to somebody who repaired hash error and programmed keys. Now the car starts ok but the central locking does not work from the remote but ok from button inside. Customer says that previous to this it would not open with the remote first time in the morning but would work from remote for the rest of the day. But now , after esi hash repair, it does not work at all from remote. customer took car and had it diagnosed by a mercedes specialist and was told its the esi at fault.
Appreciate if somebody can look at the attached files to see if the hash correction is done ok and if this is the cause of remote locking not working and way forward for repair.
    thanks

maybe the remote byte from the key has been damaged.

I bet that remote bytes have been damaged. Program a new key and you are done.

    Thanks guys

Programmed two more keys and same , all keys start ok but central locking does not work from remote.

All keys have IR and radio frequency. Remotes seem be good, how do i check remote bytes ?

Is there a separate receiver for remote signal ?

Guys in your expert opinion could this be esi fault ?

you can check if remote is transmit with a remote tester.
the connector on the rear of the eis is for the remote.
with what programmer you program the keys with?

Could be EIS fault, and could be wrong frequency of keys as well.......
Guided fault finding = Feature that many factory scan-tools have and real technician despise it.

Checked key IR,RF and frequency ok on keys

    EIS part number is 639 545 01 08
Cant find used with this number - is there an alternative part number that can be used e.g. 203 545 05 08 ? looks similar

    When replacing eis...

Get same part number and simply use programmer to write eeprom file to new eis.
All key data will be transferred to new eis.

I guess I need to remove my EIS and check for the connection there. Past couple of days I have been scratching my head as to why the remote central locking does not work!

Check the key in ignition switch. If it is not working properly and thinks key is still in ignition, then remote wont work. Is the esl engaging when you pull key out?
