Cable box CS

Like many people, I have a Sly CS sub which is about to die! I am looking to move to cable CS but need advice on which box to get. I currently have a vu duo which has been fantastic in the past 5 years or so. My requirements are;

- Record 1 channel and watch another
- Sly bouquet and channel list
- Full EPG

Any recommendations? Vu 4k?
