when all key lost situation we can start vehicle After immobilizer reset. but smart key can not program.
Immobilizer system can reset via OBD via x100 , skp900 like that any key programmer. but you can not program smart system.

write this reset file to smart ecu and you can program smart system. used key or brand new key

NHW20 can be reset using techstream.
Set the region in techstream to North America, then perform smart ecu reset. You will need to get the seed code calculated. I have done many of the NHW20 this way.
