Laguna 2 ph2 add key card

I failed adding new key card for Laguna II ph2 today.
Usually for ph1 I use either FVDI from Fly or Carprog 8.21 but with ph2 I failed.
With FVDI I could not read pin. With Carprog I could read pin but could not add new key.
Which tool do you use to add card to Laguna II phase 2 (2005-2007)?

By OBD2 :

- Simply with RenOlink + OBDlink SX ( $29 USB red cable ! )

ISK is encrypted after 2006 , reading real ISK and retrieve PIN code easiest by 95160 dump + Renault Pin Extractor 2

But if anyone can give me procedure to unlock hands free cards Laguna 2 & Espace 4 PH 2 ( emergency pcf 7936 inside ) ? to much expensive cost in after market ...
