Default Unstable SNR varying between two Net IDs

I am having issues with my vermin running on new Zgemma H5.
The SNR on my net ID (closest to my area) sometimes is as good as 90% however on some occasions it goes to as low As 65%. When it is below 65% it makes my channels freeze and glitch (unsure if it is a server related issue or am issue just related to my Vermin reception).
I then scan another Net ID (close to my area) which leads to better reception and lower SNR and then it's no glitching or freezing.
It just varies backwards and forwards between these 2 NET IDs but surely there should be a logic and reasoning behind this.
Anyone has any idea what the actual issue is and how to resolve this so I don't end up scanning too often?

    1. Read the rules regarding server talk.
    2. Scan your OWN net id ?

Yes I have 2 NET IDs near my house. Issue is sometimes one has low reception sometimes the other and me having to scan between the two IDs to get rid of freezing
