You are probably looking for Digiprog or Obdstar x100pro/x300m. I doubt you are willing to pay what something like enigma cost.

I think X300DP includes key programming features and X300M doesn't, mileage adjusting features should be the same on both.

Good question. But unable to understand how may i give you reply

One tool can not do all.
First think what models your doing
And check that models support via obd or not

I saw many people talking about x-prog. What is good for? I know that is impossible to do all just with one tool, I have carprog for airbags, but I need something by OBD in mostly of the cars for dashboard ODO corrections and things like that. Thanks

XProg is an mcu/eeprom programmer, doesn't work via obd. I would recommend you to get one of the cheap obd tools like digiprog or obdstar, and a programmer like upa-usb or xprog (you should have both but you can start with one). So, first you try to do the km correction via obd, if that doesn't work you have the programmer as a backup. If you are in this biz (im not, just an amateur) get use to disassembling dashboards and desoldering/soldering chips, you can't do everything by obd, plus is much safer (when using cloned tools) to desolder the chip.

I have carprog as a programmer, but I have never used it for a dashboard.

You can choose from more odo programmer. All programmers have good and bad properties also. It depends on your wallet and the type of cars.
Digimaster 3, Digiprog 4, Enigma, X-tool, OBDStar, Carprog etc...
