X431 diagun III

Hi mates I have x431 diagun III with crashed interface only the Bluetooth is fine when I power on the device it says no power system shutdown. What can I do with the device to fix it or is there a way I can use the Bluetooth with android phone like x431 pro apps or any other way thanks in advance

change batterie and everythink work fine i had this probleme befor. if you dont find original batterie you can use nokia batterie with 3.7v

Ok brother but I bought original battery from us even I tested my battery on other device and it is working
