Audi A3 2007 Cluster . Tools. Save encrypted and unencrypted dump

I have an audi a3 with ECU immo off. I'd like to have immo off in cluster also so i dont get the number of keys pared above milleage (0/3 at present) .

Before even delving into writing new dumps to the eeprom I'd like to make sure I have an encrypted backup which i can use to flash in case of emerency. What HW/SW do i need to get that and what?
I read in another post by

its either a 93C86 if it has Fujitsu or 24C32 if Micronas MCU.

I'd have to take dash apart again to check which as to be honest see the EM4093 which i'd previously thought was the eeprom.

I have original Hex Can usb cable but that is all.
