Ori FGtech EDC17C65 Golf 7 cant read

Guys i tried to read edc17C64 in a golf 7 1.6 TDI.
I tried to read it by diag (should be VR) i get error (like file not available or something like that).
Removed ecu opened connected graywire to boot pin, not able to read mcu (it can identify mcu But unable to read).
Followed all 4 options in manual But unable to read ecu.

Is it possible ecu not supported jet?
Ecu id 04L906021FD.

Already send mail to support, But as always Stupid answer like send file etc,

Maybe Some special Reading method, Maybe someone already Did this ecu in this post.

your software fg need to be updated.delete all from folder fgtech then download updater and update tool,then you can read password from that ecu with no problem.
sometimes software is locked and cant read passwords.if you do like i say you gonna read it with no problem.

if vr is not available you need to read in boot then send to support.next time will be available for us ,for you for everybody if you send it.

Tested now on several ecu,s i think coverage is really bad of fg tech.

Removed reinstalled, other pc same story, really disapointing this.
Cars are about 4/5 years old you cant tell me i am the first on in the world to read this ecu, i tested now on golf 6/golf 7 crafter 2013.
All same story No VR and No boot.
