    Default Lose all scan setting after reboot ZGEMMA

    Hi Guys

    I have strange issue . I got my new Zgama box and connected all okay I scan on DVB-C and can get all channels listed . I have two question
    After reboot the box I lose all scan settings why is not saving do I need any type of storage ?
    Also, all channels are blank I should see the free channels without any issue is that correct? Thanks

    box should retain settings unless you factory reset and nothing would be saved [ dont factory reset ] reboot is all right to do and should not lose settings.
    only free channels are 1-5 on cable.in uk.

    I did a F restore and rebooted this time channels scan stayed but still channels are blank,
    I was just reading first of all do I need to install like wooshbuild-H2H and then do scan? Thanks again

    There are only about a dozen FTA channels on cable.

    Are you sure the SD versions of BBC1/2, ITV, CH4, CH5 are not working?

    you are aware that the encrypted channels will be blank without the extras and because of forum rules we cannot say more.

    I was going by a list of FTA cable channels that I compiled "a while ago". As well as channels 1 to 5, it included BBC 4/news/Alba/parliamnent, CBBC, CBeebies, S4C, plus one or two others. It looks like all these other channels are no longer FTA. How long ago did that happen?

    Strangely, Ch5 AD is also FTA.
