Default Please help, I need DPF off remap on Astra H, Z19DTH

    Hello,

Can anyone help me please to deactivate DPF, on opel astra H, 1.9 CDTI, 110 KW, Z19DTH?

I attached an archive with 2 read softs from my ecu ( I think it's the same, but I don't know exactly what type of ECU it is 1.9 16V CDTI Bosch EDC16C39 or 1.9 16V CDTI Bosch EDC16C9. Maybe it's no difference ), and also 2 pictures from OP-COM to see some info's about ECU.

The software was read with MPPS v16.

Sorry for this long post, but I'm a novice on this area ( Remaping )

    Soft ECU OPEL Z19DTH EDC16.rar

Thank a lot in advance !

    You have to reset :
    DPF replace
    DP sensor replace
    Catalyst replace
After reset write DPF-OFF software, drive 50-100 km and take a look on ash counter.

    Hello again,

I write the new software on the ECU, drove about 10 15 km, and seem to be ok. The plug led stops flashing. The saturation of DPF is still 0% after those 10 15 km. Hope that will not raise again and everything will be just fine. I will report again after I will drive more km.

Thanks again to all for helping me with this !

Just one more thing, teerak2uk , can I ask you what software do you use for remapping, if it's no problem to tell me that?

    Hello,

After 150 km droved, the car don't start anymore. I have an error P0090-5B Rail pressure control solenoid valve Circuit Range / performance ( Positive deviation )

I have no idea if this because of the new software or not !

    Regards,

    Hello,

Thank you for your answer. You have any ideas which solenoid is? I read somewhere that there are 2 pressure regulators...can be correct?

    Thanks again!

P.S I Check also the DPF counter and it's 0%.

Solve the problem. Was the wiring on the fuel pump in the tank. An imperfect contact in the plug and the wire wasn't making contact anymore. maybe it's helpful for anyone!
